That doesn't really say he won't testify. Infact i think he should. It a good way to show the world all the election fraud

The Dems want him to testify UNDER OATH.... that is not going to happen in the surreal world of relative logic, rational thought and truth the Dems have constructed ... but I expect him to show up and demand to be heard.
