I feel your pain, though we are pretty isolated. Even pre “pandemic”, we never ate out, so it has not been difficult for us. The only place I’ve had a problem was at Best Buy. Long story short, I refused to wear a face mask/shield. I told them to call the police I’m not wearing a mask. I bought my printer cartridge no problem. No other places I routinely shop care about the mask. Fuck your coffee shop. Try to make your own. You can look forward to the near future when it all shuts down. It won’t bother me one bit. I’ll survive. Sounds like you will as well.
It's not "pain", as it is more rage because it is outright discrimination. The face mask mandates is a crime against humanity. This is not hyperbole or exaggeration either. It is a real health hazard. Best Buy is a horrible company and are part of the problem. It is already a dead-man walking and I've watched their footprint decease significantly over time. I was told by a manager that Geek Squad is the only thing keeping them afloat. Geek Squad sucks too. They go through a lot of personnel, which to me is a telling sign of employee dissatisfaction and bad management.
Agreed. I hadn’t been inside a Best Buy in years, in needed a printer cartridge in a hurry.
