Is there any evidence that any of 'President' Potato-head's EOs are being executed? I have a feeling that it's all a big show. They can circulate among the corporate staff that makes up USA Inc., and that staff can play along and dupe those under them to play along, but as far as them being legally binding, that's another thing.
