Sec of Def knows he has no control of the Mil.. He is trying to force their agenda and its failing miserably. He may create a panel to look into this. ( not even sure) but if he does... How much time to put one together?

how much time to figure out, where how and why..

how much time to implement ..

this is what is referred to as stonewalling. walking paperwork s l o w l y .. The Mil Branches are doing the stonewalling.

This is only DS political projection as i see it .... it is also proof biden has no control on Mil Branches ( this is most important to me)
