The secretary may establish a task force to get after the problem or perhaps another way. "He hasn't ruled anything in or out," Kirby said."

Truth > the Sec of Def is clueless.

taichock, that takes me back to 1983 when I was stationed at Ft Hood Tx . I was in the motor pool working on my tank when i look up and see an officer in a russian uniform walking down the row of armor .. I jumped on him screaming for MP's ( remember this was 1983 the cold war was real to us serving ) it turned out he was Russian Officer on a troop exchange ( training ) with Ukraine Soldiers...

Again that was 1983

It was the 173rd Infantry Division that was learning the neo_nazis riot tactics. They brought back that training and used it to train the white supremacists here in the US.
