You have to realize that trying to report this stuff would be very difficult. People were paid off or involved in related crimes themselves, and JE and friends had a LOT of power and these people knew it or would find out, more than any informant would. A lot of truth can circulate at the bottom between people in the know, but raising it to higher levels of authority becomes ever harder due to the nature of the power structure surrounding these pedos.
I assume there's a reason it;s getting published again now, and there are new people here who may not gave seen it.
