Could that be part of a face lift technique to help pull the skin back? When some one is that old, I imagine cutting away a concave piece of the skin is necessary. Could removing the ear lope be part of it? Regardless, if it is a 'clone', it is still a reptilian clone.

to me it seems like they cut the skin around his neck and pulled it super tight then sowed it back. Either a face lift/tuck some shit like that. OR its somebody in a mask. Dudes hands look too young to be that old. idk

Ears deteriorate along with the rest of the face. Don't forget cosmetic surgeries - cuts are usually made along the ears to make adjustments. If they had replaced Biden, someone - anyone - with a functional brain would have been used. Now they have to play 'oops' and kill off both Biden and Harris to get to the desire outcome.
