rahm was obama's handler. it's been said that he was the actual president. also, jared kushner was trump's handler. and it's been said that he was the actual president.

i live in a suburb of chicago, and honestly believe it was rahm emanuel's objective to ruin chicago. chicago isn't the same as it was, before he was "mayor". gang violence is worse than ever. and the city seems unlivable for non-liberals.
