I always buy physical. I stay away from the paper unless I'm just speculating.

If i was buying for profit I'd probably buy paper. Times like these physical goes way up because of supply issues, but eventually will be close to paper again.

Is this the time it never comes back? I doubt it.

When it settles back down to paper price, buy tons. When there's another shortage due to the fake paper market price, go sell at $10+ above spot. The problem is that the real physical price is held back by the psychology of the paper (spot) price. The shortages are artificial. We need a method outside of the spot (paper) market to find the value of physical.

The paper market is an illusion that makes people thing the real value of silver is under $30. If you're in the paper market and demand physical silver, they can just give you cash instead. If the paper price get's to high, they can just create more paper to support the illusion of cheap silver. Thus people sell their physical silver at paper prices, but the real price (if there were an outside mechanism) would be much higher.

I doubt it to. But I do believe it's a sign of things to come.

Yeah, so buy paper now, and when it is reasonable (like $4 premium for sae) again swap for physical.

Unless contracts can be settled in physical silver, the game cannot be won. The real price of physical silver should be way higher, but because everyone thinks that the "spot" (e.g. paper) price is real physical silver is way to cheap. The only thing that can be done is to find another mechanism outside of the paper (electronic) market that finds the real price for physical silver. It would expose the manipulation going on in the paper market to keep the price low.

My suggestion: Lear how to buy silver and make offers on Craig's until you get real silver, then go sell it on ebay or offer to sell way above spot. Find the real value of silver so you can buy it when the online sellers like kitco or your local coin shop offer it up for $3 over spot and then sell for way above spot.

I always buy the real deal. Coins bars and jewlery. Hold it in my hand. I dont do paper. Not even stocks because as we all see now, you dont really have any control and I dont care how much investigation you do into company assests, liquidity or the P&E.
