IANAL, but ...

Even if the Senate convicts and ultimately votes to never allow Trump to serve as President, WHAT IF Trump decided to run anyway. In my guess, the SCOTUS would then have to decide whether or not the conviction was 'just' under the Constitution.

I would almost love to see SCOTUS say 'fuck you' to the Dems and RINOs. (Yea, I know - SCOTUS is compromised but I still think Trump would be victorious.)
