HARRISBURG, Pennsylvania -- A proposed Pennsylvania state constitutional amendment allowing lawsuits for otherwise outdated child sexual abuse claims was not advertised as required, delaying the required voter referendum for at least two years, the Wolf administration disclosed Monday.

The Pennsylvania Department of State in a news release called it "simple human error" and apologized, saying the mistake was discovered late last week. As a result, Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar is leaving her job, and the inspector general will be looking into the matter.

With all the crap they pull like rigging an election and the little woman resigns over this? No she is fully aware that they're eventually coming for her for rigging the 2020 election. By being out of office she's hoping to keep her name out of the media when the axe comes down on her neck as they say.

She knows if she eventually does go down for rigging the 2020 election, the media will do their best to keep her name out of the news since she's a Democrat.

If she stays in office there is no way to cover it up if the "current" Secretary of State is indicted for election fraud.

This is the other version of I'm leaving office to spend more time with my family excuse knowing full well she's toast.
