I too, have an MBA . . . from one of the top business schools in the US. And I concur that the true nature of these institutions has always been clouded behind flowery prose. They give us all the detail we need to understand how to interact with them and how to run transactions . . . . but understanding who owns what, how they came to own it . . . and who calls the shots in these financial institutions is masterfully hidden behind camouflage, shadows and misdirection. Thank gorsh we are waking up . . .
