Words I live by.

If you find an unjust law go violate it. Get your ticket or get arrested then you have standing to go to court and fight it. It's like playing the lottery, you can't win if you don't get into the game and play. Good chance you can win on appeal using Marbury v Madison but you have to get into the fight before anyone will listen to you.

Meanwhile hopefully you have tons of money to pay for the lawyers, who don't work for free.

So with this route, you have to plan on spending a lot of your free time, and a ton of money to take your case all the way up to the Supreme Court to get this law removed from the books.........MAYBE! Given how corrupt the Supreme Court is these days, I wouldn't count on fairness or justice.

You can fight in court without the need for a lawyer.

No, I fight my cases myself. Hiring an attorney makes you ward of the court and you lose your rights being a ward. It doesn't take a lot of money, it does take some time but you get one heck of an education on what words really mean.

It goes back to we the people must take control of our own destiny.
