They may be preserving a crime scene, which would explain all the people in plain clothes being dropped off by buses to go into the Capitol Building in the middle of the night.......to what........to "investigate"???

Lots of weird nocturnal stuff going on in D.C. ......D.C. is under Martial Law, curfew from 6pm to 6am. People aren't supposed to be roaming around at night:

Super interesting Bitchute video - definitely worth 5 minutes of your time. Shows the massive police and military presence around the Senate building OUTSIDE the razor wire fence on 1/31/21.

Also discusses the possibility of children being rescued from the tunnels below the Capitol and the many white tents that sprung up all over DC possibly being exit points for bringing the children up to above ground from the tunnels.

Claims that many of the trafficked children die soon after being brought to the surface because they can't handle the sunlight or oxygen levels (implying that POTUS' surge in ventilator production under the guise of China plague may have been serving another purpose - in aiding these children being brought from the tunnels to above ground.
