Yeah, there are a lot of unexplained things these days .... like how come Job Killer Joe never takes off from the White House on Marine Copter 1 like President Trump did almost daily.
Or why did President Trump leave DC early and why did Job Killer get sworn in early?
Why did Job Killer Joe have to hoof it to the inauguration instead to getting a lift on AF craft?

Doesn't the President build the library, or at least his foundation. May be all the Trump foundations have been closed down by the attack Left during his first 4 year presidency.
Maybe Trump is not done yet and therefore not ready for a "Presidential Library" ... besides it seems another face added to Mount Rushmore would see more appropriate with a Presidential Library cut into the base.
