click on your username in the upper right, there is a button there for theme, that will switch between the dark/light.

Looks like there's three options. New light (white background), original light (gray background) and dark (black background). Something for everyone!

Nope! Been dark since day one. Double tap sun icon for black screen from white

Right, been dark from the beginning, then someone said the other option was coming (black on white background), and it seems it just now got here (I've been waiting for it).
