An original 13th Amendment-er?
Since the Constitution does not require law degrees for Congress, POTUS, and SCOTUS (all three of which now make de facto laws nowadays), how could anyone believe that they wanted lawyers to be licensed to be required to practice law in the USA?
If you don't need a law degree and a law license to represent yourself in court then why does your attorney need them?
Once you hire an attorney - you become his ward and most attorneys will do what is expedient and not necessarily what is in your best interest. Personally I Am not a fan of lawyers -especially those in government. Beware the Pharisees !
