Does it make any sense to issue all these EO's when you control The White House and Congress?

I would think that Schumer and Pelosi would have all kinds of "bills" ready to go to push their agenda. We noticed how controlled and corrupt every agency in the government is. That power can squeeze any politicians into voting for their bill. In 6 months the can have everything they want. So what's the rush?

Back to the Question: Why all the Executive Orders? TIME. They know their time is limited. I'm not talking about 2 years and the republicans take the house or Senate. Think much shorter time frame. They don't have much time.

You're missing the point. The point is this Biden administration knows it's not legal and does not have much time. What little time they have will be used to impeach Trump (take him out) so life can go on like before and push through these EO's in hopes that if one is achieved then 2 will be legal.

Trump's team / Military Intelligence have other plans. Not sure what's holding things up, perhaps suitcase nike type threats, but there time is short.
