Your wife needs to grab her customers #'s, buy a salon chair, clear a space in your home and start her own side gig at home. Or she can go to her customers homes. Cash only.
I know that her salon has a "protected customer list" and she probably signed something saying she wouldn't "steal" it. But if you're creative, there are ways of doing it legally.
Retired guy here, live in a travel trailer and move around every couple of months. In one RV park recently a woman was cutting her husbands hair outside. By the time she was done there were 7-8 guys offering to pay her to cut their hair.
First off.. Nice to hear from a fellow full time RV'rs. And yes.. That type of business has many niches that can be filled and can grow rather quickly with little expense or effort. Word of mouth is the best advertising if you have a good reputation.
