Why do you say that? Because you heard one or two sheriffs say they refuse to enforce the lockdown? What about the other 10,000 sheriffs that are enforcing it? Hard to tell from the video, but it looks to me that they are almost in full riot gear. At a hospital. For a few people trying to get their mom out. Police care more about their money and pensions than they do your rights.

I will not step into a hospital for exactly this reason. The hospital administration staff are despots and once you get in, no one can visit you.

Trouble is Proving it was unlawful ??.
Find a prosecutor willing to bring a case (and not over charge to have it ultimately dismissed/ thrown out on purpose), a jury to actually convict, and then judge to agree ...
Even if you get that determination, having a judge that with apply some real consequence other than it being an Administrative penalty, seem like stretch ...
