It's all bullshit, there is no covid. Just get your vitamins through your food and shut up. Sick of hearing and reading about this fantasy disease.

i'm with you about the fantasy disease, but because of soil depletion and the like, supplementation is a good thing to maintain good health.

not everyone can grow their own nor can they raise their own.

I'm of the opinion that you should get as much from your food as possible. If you must use artificial vitamins 9nly do individual ones, not a multi. Also if you can't grow your own there are plenty of co-op farms or small organic farms you can help support. There are sources inline that allow you to find what you need. Also drink raw milk.

If you must use artificial vitamins...

Why would anybody take artificial vitamins? They are a proven health hazard.

I take a lot of supplements, but they are all natural and food derived.

all it takes is money.

That was not startling to anyone that takes any degree of responsibility for their health. If you were startled, you have a lot of work to do educating yourself- and doing something constructive with that information. You blokes best get to it! Cheerio!

Also, don't forget your Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Zinc, Astragalus, Turmeric, Magnesium, Melatonin, and Elderberry syrup. All key to the prevention and/or treatment of Covid-19.

Also vitamin K to take with vitamin d.

Note: My favorite multi was from GNC but recently found out they were bought by a Chinese company. One more company to boycott. Mike Adams says NOW has own in house testing of products to insure purity of ingredients.

Good grief. Every company I look up now is owned by China or they own a massive stake of it.

K-2.

I use Life Extension Super K which is a blend but K2 is fine by itself. I like that the d's are starting to have K in them.

I actively sought to get covid and managed to. I want covid mk1 antibodies as mk2 will be a real zinger. The spanish flu is a great example of how getting it offers you protection from later variants. Also as long as you get the antigen blood test you can prove you do not need a vaccine

Remember to keep being re-exposed so that you don't lose your immunity.

I have never worn a mask and do do any of the hand sanitising and socialise as normal with like minded people regularly. From the spanish flu it was found that getting it on the first round saved you decades later. Thats hoe immunity works it doesn't need topping up.

Elderberry is for the flu. If there is any research showing it effective for a coronavirus I would like to see it.

Modt of the covid deaths and illnesses are flu. Tjat or covid scared flu away

It supports the immune system, generally. It's not a 'cure' for flu, or anything else.

Wrong. Elderberry actually inhibits the flu virus. I don't think that qualifies as a "cure," but it is a real effect and it shortens the duration of flu symptoms in people who take it early enough.

I like Dr Coleman. Thanks for posting!

Was tested for Rheumatoid arthritis and part of the blood work involved vitamin D, I barely had trace amounts in my blood, I questioned the results as it was summer and I spend is much time as I can outside, the Rheumatologist said unless you live south of a line drawn cross country using the southern state border of Iowa your body won't produce vitamin D like it should the long winters stunt production. I asked another Dr. for his opinion he said that was bullshit and vitamin supplementation does nothing. I went the vitamin route

I live right along that line, in Illinois. Can verify, I spend a lot of time outside in summer, take D3K2, and increase amount on days I can't get out, and over winter. Unlike many things I take, I do notice a difference, feeling less sluggish and moody when I get enough.
