I’m retired as of July 2018. Put in 33 years as a surgical nurse. Husband retired a few years prior. Owned his own welding business. Three boys with families and 8 grandkids so bought a house big enough for the entire crew. The kids spend their summers with us.

Sounds like you and yours are set up well. Family is everything. We were hoping to get something big for the whole (sheeple) family as well...sad part is, they won't leave California. I can't wrap my brain around that.
If things don't turn around here soon, they are going to lose everything. They've already lost their freedom.
Our oldest son is like that, because of his wife. He professed Christ as his Savior in high school at our church but goes off to college, meets a liberal Karen from Michigan and now he’s done a 180. Makes us sick. We use to get all three of their children every summer for the entire summer but once POTUS was elected that all stopped. Completely stopped. We’re never invited anymore and they never come. The only hope I have is that she is in the “4 to 6% “ that don’t come through and we’ll get the kids. A damn shame
