If you can go to a home depot parking lot and buy a drivers license, birth certificate and social security card, all printed at the same facility as the real ones, I don't think you'll have any problem buying a vaccine certificate. They probably already have people in hospitals and doctor's offices in place to slip your name into whatever tracking and documentation issuing database they have set up.
