So was he blocking votes for Trump or Biden. Cause I'd have a hard time believing anyone gives a fuck how many votes for Trump got blocked.

I believe it was for Hillary. People thought they could actually vote by text message so he told them (paraphrasing) stay home and text your vote to 55-555 (or some other number)
