I don't think that this has ever been ruled on. We have had the 2 edge cases with kamala and obama, and scotus didn't take it up (and they won't because it would be too disruptive and the intent is pretty clear). once they are both out of office scotus won't take it up because there won't currently be a case.

I do not know for sure that you are correct, but that could absolutely be the case. scotus very rarely takes up cases unless public opinion has changed on a subject. for example, they didn't take up degenerate rights until states passed their laws, and most people wanted scotus to support unproductive relationships.
They would have to be mentally retarded to not realize that letting the fraudulent election stand means the end of our republic. Are you saying that members of the supreme court are mentally retarded? Because if they are not retarded, they are criminals.
