She has to be born of American Citizens to be qualified to become President.

Her parents were Indian and Jamaican. Neither were U.S. citizens.

So she is not qualified to be President or Vice President.

Status as a natural-born citizen of the United States is one of the eligibility requirements established in the United States Constitution for holding the office of president or vice president. This requirement was intended to protect the nation from foreign influence.

But being VP is okay? Presumably it is, because she is VP, but since the job of the VP is to replace the president if required then you'd think that the same restriction ie. parents are citizens would apply to the VP as well.

Unfortunately it has not yet been defined that I'm aware of, in the courts. I hope this will be addressed in the coming year to prevent cameltoe from acquiring office. Dont care if it causes CIA Cruz to be shut out from seeking higher office.

I don't think that this has ever been ruled on. We have had the 2 edge cases with kamala and obama, and scotus didn't take it up (and they won't because it would be too disruptive and the intent is pretty clear). once they are both out of office scotus won't take it up because there won't currently be a case.

You didn't read far enough. The key phrase is in the 14th amendment:

Section 1. All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.

"born...in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof..."

I believe that this has been misinterpreted for a long time. But somebody born here in the USA of non-citizen parents is not "subject to the jusrisdiction thereof," they are subject to the jusrisdiction of their parents country that they are citizens of.
