What most everyone is overlooking is that all those dollars are being sent overseas only to return as kickbacks to the congress criminals who voted for it, and to those law enforcement (FBI, et al) executives who conveniently decide that no crime is being committed. Well, except for those veteran congress criminals who've been in office long enough to know that you always get your kickbacks up front.
