As i understand it, there's a moratorium on doing the human cloning process, but applies only to signatory Nations or Public funded company's or something and not for those actually cloned .... EDit : There was already that 'first human clone, Eve ' done by that french doctor of some private research facility back in the late 90's early 2000's iirc, who knows what is been done by black budget off the book private facility awash is 'philanthropic laundered shekels' ...
