Then have them testify if they committed fraud on the FISA Courts and then ask on the stand, where they arrested for fraud on the FISA Court, and why not. they will have their credibility destroyed on the stand. see how the jury reacts then to these charges, because a good atty will destroy their credibility on the stand.
