I remember seeing this probably 15 yrs ago and thinking that Bill's reactions were so creepy. As if he was completely out of it.

Yes, like Bill Clinton is an mk-ultra stooge/puppet too. Without a script, he's useless.

He did have a very screwed up childhood. It would fit.
