27.5 times more effective than zero effectiveness? How did they measure this ...

The drug inhibits the RNA replication, similar to zinc. We have some drugs now that reduce the virus replication (zinc ionophores like HCQ and quercetin, Remdesivir, ...), but it seems that ivermectin has a more effective approach (it prevents the virus from suppressing the self defence of infected cells).
