where is the rank, not the medals. AR670-1 will tell you all about the overcoat. if I remember correctly 20-19 , where are the shoulder boards ? the rest is correct. appears rank is missing. I just asked where is the rank.

all I asked is where is the rank, the guy was wrong about the rest of the uniform, but check out AR 670-1 20-19. guess how I knew that, and yes Not only retired from the Army but Sheriffs Dept, I am skeptical and will ask the questions. just like I did here. and hoped someone had a better picture, so that we can verify or dismiss, ask nothing , learn nothing, Hooah.
