You can't even stretch your mind to imagine the reciprocal - who is going to make the US pay if we have evidence that all parties are corrupt, including your suggested governing bodies like the IMF. And that's not even mentioning that the IMF isn't a governing body, it's literally a fund. It's even written into the name, genius. The stated purpose is to reduce world poverty. And all of that isn't even mentioning the people who run the IMF and the World Bank on whom it relies are complicit in the corruption.
