Serious question, How do you forgive a 'collateralised debt' to a Foreign Nation by simply dissolving the Corporation ?? That sounds shonky as hell ...

The theory of odious debt (investopedia.com) might be applicable.

There's no precedent for this. The whole area needs to be fleshed out legally.

It's not just by dissolving the corporation. It's always a multilayer approach. The executive order allows seizure of assets by anyone involved with foreign election interference. Consider the big fish going down and what their known assets are worth. Add to that China's reparations for creating and releasing Covid19

Um, so are you saying creditors to the US Corporation will not require a settling of all previous outstanding debt or presumably just write it all off ??.

Which segues to your last point, what authority is going to enforce China to pay reparations, and what investigative body/ legally binding process has determined 'China created and released covid' ?? ...

Ummm use your brain shill... There has already been one whistleblower and the evidence of the virus being lab created is stacking up by the day. The US owes China massive debt. You answered your own question genius - reparations will be taken in the form of a giant middle finger to the debt owed.
