I blame them specifically because they are supposed to be non-political. And at the heart of a lot of americas problems is that there are no meaningful prosecutions or investigations when the government itself commits crime. But yes, the rest of the agencies have to go as well. Not even ICE. Owing to the fact that any half decent man would either leak the order, or refuse the order to release murderers, drug dealers, and rapists. Not a single ICE agent among them stuck his neck out.
