I saw it posted in the comments section of some other post here but I lost track of the post that led me to this site. What's interesting too is that the WGC issues an order to Q to start posting one day before the Q posts start. However, in sending the message to Q, they call Windsor Tower, which is supposed to be the UK. Washington Tower is obviously the US. However, someone asks them if the WGC is Q, but they say they are not Q and that Q is of US origin.
