I don't have dyslexia, but I did discover, well into my adulthood and much too late to help me get even one star on my third grade math chart, that I do have something called "dyscalculia" which is like dyslexia, only with numbers instead of letters. No way can I keep a checkbook, and I remember bringing a small company to the brink when they wanted me to help with the books (NOT what I was hired for). They quickly put me back on my original assignment. Beyond that, I want to thank you for taking my correction in the spirit in which it was given.

No, I didn't! What's that all about?
Left if right, right is left. When you are trying to give directions, you say the opposite or think the opposite direction. If someone says go right...they go left. If given directions somewhere, they turn the opposite way.
I have family that has to hold up their hand and point (on which way to go) and say, "This way." They know the correct way to go but it comes out the wrong word...so they point instead. Weird. Hope that makes sense.
