It says something in that Biden didn't, or can't, do anything about reinstatement to active duty at a General Officer's rank and putting him in command of the Pacific theater. You'd think China Joe would be uncomfortable with it.

Here's the strange part...doesn't it take Congress to approve officer promotions, especially field grade and above? Makes you wonder how that slipped through.
