The effort to impeach President Trump and disqualify him from seeking office in the future is strong evidence that even the democrats don't believe Biden legitimately won the election. If Biden won by the margin reported, Trump would be no threat now or in the future. While many attribute the effort to impeach him to intense hatred, I contend that the primary motivation is fear. While you may want to punish or hurt a person you hate, you only employ the most extreme measures available against a person you fear greatly.
