tyvm but I was being a bit sarcastic and failed to indicate the sarcasm. This to me seems quite ex post facto since I already owned (before the boating accident that had all my guns fall into the water) the guns without said tax but now ex post factoly am expected to pay a tax that did not previously exist. Besides the many other unconstitutional issues this raises.
