It seems as though the anouncent would be coming from a prominent rabbi. With that in mind, of the people you listed, I would have to say Kushner with his Pease deals, but it really could be anyone. Don't forget about Obama.

The beast system, I believe is already in place. We also have to look for the deadly wound. What Trump just went through and if we see a comeback would definetly raise my eyebrows. It's amazing to watch this all play out.
