[Just for the record, he has to be convicted by 2/3's count in order to be barred by 51%. They can NOT bar him unless he is convicted. ergo, #2 is moot.]

After watching how many GOP committed Treason by voting to seat Electors that they knew to be fraudulently elected, I am no longer certain about anything these people vote on. When push came to shove, they showed their true colors. They are caught and they know it. They'll do whatever it takes to save their ass.

Even if he was impeached (he won't be), he would only be impeached as President of the defunct corporation not the Republic.

It what we have been told is that the Military is in control, don't you think that both houses are also aware of the change with the power structure in Washington? Do you want to be the elected senator that slips that thirteen knot rope around your own neck?

Last I heard something like 15 maybe 20 out of the 535 elected house and senate members are actually honest. The rest of them should be in jail.

Fortunately they are not rock ribbed conservatives, with enough public blowback, they tend to bend with the wind purely for their own survival in order to do their dirty deeds another day.

I think they will bend with public outrage, then primary them at the first opportunity. The AZ GOP is the bellwether through their so far successful effort to discipline Liz Cheney. They notice fast constituent outrage with consequences, especially when it succeeds. They have no principles other than political graft and self preservation to commit more graft.
