However, side note is that these happen all the time. I participated in one once for a little cash in college, generally you are used as a mock victim or shooter for cops to do shooter response drills.
When I was the shooter it was two of us, the cops were responding to the first guy who ran down a hallway. They didn’t clear the rooms like they should though and I was posted up in one of them. When they moved past to engage the guy who ran down the hallway I got to shoot a team of 4 old cops in the back with simulation round.
Good times were had by all.

They film these "exercises" and use footage of them later when they need it.
No film crews on hand, and it was in a school building (go figure) so wasn't any room for a camera to be hidden.
When you weren't part of an active drill, you got to watch band of brothers and eat pizza.

Yah I agree, that same woman showed up at a bunch of shit, including claiming to be related to that fat chick who died at the unite the right rally.
But there is a definitely a large background noise of real drills that go on and make it easier for them to hide the bullshit amongst them.
