Q was never a prophet and never claimed to be, just an insider giving clues to what was/is going on behind the smoke and mirrors of a false media propaganda machine.
That being said, Kim Clement was not a false prophet, he was the real deal and for me to say that is something, because I spot these false prophets and point out their falsehoods whenever I can. Kim Clement prophesied that Trump would become president many years before there was even a whisper of Trump running and many other details that came true exactly as stated. Shortly after that, the Lord took his voice and Kim never prophecies again.
I never heard this one about two presidents as I have only seen the videos available. i wish the guy who made the video would say where he got the transcripts so we can verify, but if it is true you can bank on it, Clements prophecies came from the Lord not Kim's ego.

While he has never claimed to be in contact with a divine being, to my knowledge, I believe the comparison is an acceptable one to make based on the behavior of his followers.

I think of "prophet" as having a general meaning of "someone who predicts the future". Ergo, Q is a prophet, even if he is not correct.
