I understand that things are still in play, but how would this work out? If the SC were to agree that there was extensive voter fraud, and they were to declare that the election is null and void and remove biden, all hell would break loose. It would make this summer look like a frat party. I don't know if the SC has the testicular fortitude to call a spade a spade in this case and overturn this injustice, even with the military deployed.
I understand that things are still in play, but how would this work out? At some level hell will break loose if Biden is removed, no matter how it happens. If the voter fraud is attributed to an attempt to steal the election by Biden's team, well then....

As long as Robert’s is still there, the whole thing is compromised. He is obviously controlling the three new Scotus’s. They would be in some serious shit if they took this on and they know it. So I say this lays a big egg. Which is probably what trump,suspected. Years ago when he was in a bad money situation he made it sound worse to see who his true friends were, and in a sense, flush them out. I’m thinking he also knows by now, that the Supreme Court thing is going nowhere. If he’s going to get traction from anywhere I can only see EO that he signed in 2018 about election interference and insurrection act tag team, with MIL control. All other avenues go up a one way street with the same outcome. Nada.

Just because it is on the docket doesn't mean they will do anything about it.
Besides why would they even take it now? It really wouldn't change the election. It may wake up others to see this election was a fraud, but it without the military (small hope left) to turn it around nothing will happen..
