However one is evil and one is not.
Trump had to play along with big pharma, big energy, for a while. He had to appease those actors into thinking we were going along with it.

I'm also struggling to get my mind around this new found wealth that we will realize when the assets are sized. If everyone is a millionaire, then society will struggle if nobody wants to do the work anymore. I understand there will be massive shifts in the economy, but on some level we will still need a functional economic system that combines capital, natural resources, and human capital/resources. Without workers I don't see how it goes well. Are we still capitalist or do we become socialist?

I have my ideas that if I were to need no money, I would still do them. Think art, renaissance, information dissemination, helpful acts in society.
Also when all of this breaks there will be many many new industries to pop up, and ones that people actually want to have for recreation will be booming. We will need to redesign just about everything. Turn it from a luciferian upside down world back into a goodly godly world. Think of all the opportunities to do that.
I believe we will have a lot more jobs than people, and everyone will have some passion project that will be recruiting for. Either resources or people.
Lastly, I do not know if basic necessities will be taken care of. It makes sense that to live on our own planet, we shouldn't have to pay for it. Other species in the universe reportedly do not understand why we do. Neither do we :)

Yes, thanks for the input. So to be more specific and cite some examples that are within my immediate scope. I am a business owner and a few years away from retirement. I'm in construction and have just shy of 500 employees. We are partially owned by an ESOP because the employees are that valuable to the whole thing. During the great recession I gave up everything personally to save the company. Flat-ass broke in my late 40's. Over the last ten years we have built back up and are better than ever, but I'll never forget that we were within 30 days of the bank taking it away.
Currently I'm strategizing to prepare for the next generation to run the show, and also getting myself situated to enjoy life when I can step away. Our employees are compensated fairly and they are owners inside the ESOP, but I don't think most of them would do this job if they didn't need the money.
In my personal life, we have a retirement home on a golf course - still trying to learn how to play. Again, I don't think the guys working on the course would toil in the heat to mow a golf course if they didn't need the money. Who's going to do that? Do those types of jobs go away?
Everyone can probably relate if they think about how many people they depend on to provide services in our economy.

Between all these different people, the only REAL evidence between the lot of them is that they tell a story that is consistent across the board. That really only counts if they were independent and unknown to each other.
