Patriot, they are screwing the link up, go to Duckduckgo, type in Act of 1871 by IET, the PDF will pop up. and link works. I just checked it. still working, for now.

No Thanks needed Patriot, about time the truth is revealed, and everyone can read this and decide for themselves. But pretty clear why they do not want this getting out.
