Yup ! Sooooo good. Spelt flour , coconut oil, hot espresso, the usual that goes into a cake (baking pow, little salt) and coconut sugar. Gluten free and vegan ! Moist and yummy . Today baking banana chocolate chip pins cake and some cookies. I like to experiment.

Lol forgot the kitchen sink. Hey I made a crunchy peanut butter and honey with banana cream and chocolate ganache no bake cheese cake at Christmas. Oreo cookie base. Gained 20 pounds. Lol
