Yes. The Insurrection Act has been INVOKED that leaves President Trump still in power, under Emergency Powers to protect the Republic, or to get Our Republic Back Again, I should say.
IF Trump had NOT done this and used ALL the Powers at his Disposal then he would have been guilty of Violating his Oath of Office. Does Trump strike you as someone who would Violate the Constitution and Violate his Oath of Office?
Trump had a DUTY to take Action, when
our Judicial arm of the Gov't Failed Us, and when
our Legislative arm of the Gov't Failed us....
and all that was left to SAVE Our Republic was the EXECUTIVE BRANCH of the Gov't, POTUS TRUMP!
