First - given only the evidence that we currently KNOW **, who are the Senators on our side?

I'll start with my two - North Carolina. I actually think that Thom Tillis, although he's an asshole, will NOT vote to convict.

Richard Burr is a toss-up. IMO, he'd probably lean towards conviction. I believe he is as Deep State as they come.

To through in another state - Sen. Manchin (D-WV) "could" be a good guy - for us. You never know how he'll vote.

Who is in your ring?

I can't believe that they will still try to impeach Donald J. Trump as a private citizen. You can only impeach a sitting President, or a sitting Judge, Congressman or Senator NOT A PRIVATE CITIZEN.

Dershowitz and Dr. Orly Taitz Esq said the same thing, you can't impeach someone that no longer works in government. This is just an attempt to prevent Trump from running again for President.

The Constitution gives the US Senate the right to conduct a trial in ONLY ONE INSTANCE, under Article 2, Section 4 of the US Constitution, it states: “The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States, shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.”

The plain language of the US constitution allows the US Senate to conduct a trial of a sitting president, not a private individual, and gives it only ONE remedy, removal from office. It does not give the US Senate a constitutional right to try a PRIVATE individual who is no longer in office. A planned trial is unconstitutional and has no legal basis or precedent. This illegal planned trial is based on admissions of the Senate majority leader, to prevent Donald Trump from running for office again. The Deep State is very afraid of Donald J. Trump even as a private citizen.
